We started llmntal because we’ve seen both sides. We’ve built AI that shipped in production — in banking, in consulting, in privacy-sensitive environments where cutting corners isn’t an option. And we’ve seen projects that never made it past the demo.

The difference isn’t the technology. It’s the gap between a proof of concept and a production system. Between a strategy deck and measurable outcomes. Between knowing what’s possible and knowing what’s practical.
